Wow! Calls from both girls within minutes of each other!
Ldog got a new Lazyboy and Tgirl was just checkin' in. Love my girls!
Didn't do much today.
This afternoon the Chooch and I decided to actually make something for supper. So, I made something up!
Here it is: In a 9x13 pan
Already cooked grilled chicken bites
Steamer California blend veggies
Bacon bits
Parmesan cheese
1 box (cooked) penne pasta
2 jars - 4 cheese alfredo sauce. (I poured 1/2 of each jar over the layered ingredients above and then added milk to the jars, shook them up, then poured the rest over the top.
On top of all this I laid slices of CoJack cheese
Baked at 350 for about 40 minutes
This was very rich and very yummy!
