Injury report

Head swelling is down, still hurts; shoulder and back is really sore and stiff; back waist was definately twisted and really sore; right knee is twisted and sore; have a little balance thingy going this morning; can't sleep very well but considering what might have happened, I think I'm doing pretty well. Mostly just achy today. Gonna go grocery shopping and I think that will help stretch things out a little. Other than that, I'm taking it easy for a couple of days. Tylenol is taking care of the aches so all is well!
